A sustainable abortion ecosystem depends on resilient supply chains that guarantee consistent, quality access to these life- saving resources.
In 2024:

1. We continued to strengthen health services in Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico by donating abortion drugs, contraceptive supplies, instruments and training models that allow for sustainable safe abortion and contraceptive services.

2. The map of misoprostol points of sale in 10 Mexican states (Baja California, Mexico City, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Coahuila in 10 Mexican states (Baja California, Mexico City, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, Oaxaca, Sonora, Tabasco and Tamaulipas), provided information to individuals on how to access medications to perform a safe abortion. During 2024, we achieved a total of 5,426 visits to this informative tool for abortion services in public systems.

3. We contributed to the creation of spaces for abortion services in Mexico and, specifically, for the care of abortions in advanced stages of gestation in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
