A Bountiful Harvest

Across Latin America and around the world, we’ve planted a seed—nourished for years by courage, determination, unity, and hope. That seed has bloomed into a powerful movement for reproductive justice, with roots anchored in our collective memory, stems strong enough to withstand any storm, and fruits that remind us that freedom and joy are not only possible—they are inevitable.

This shared ground we stand on is a snapshot of the power of our collective action. It’s a reminder that we keep moving forward—despite every obstacle—with the unshakable conviction that we will bloom.

Today, we reaffirm our purpose and our call to action:

To cultivate a feminism that is vibrant, inclusive, and ego-free—with powerful narratives that dismantle stigma and imagine new futures.

To protect our power to mobilize, and the way we fight: with tenderness, with joy, with care for one another.

To reclaim our histories—honoring the strategies that brought us here and keeping our struggles and lessons alive for the generations to come.

To continuously train health and data professionals to ensure accurate records that support our advocacy and public policy goals.

To center reproductive justice as an inseparable part of social justice and the broader fight for democracy—reclaiming its political and transformative roots.

To invest in new and deeper alliances—across communities, networks, providers, and institutions—from the grassroots to the global.

To ensure that information is clear, accessible, and free of judgment—and that it reaches everyone, especially the youngest, the rural, the migrant, the Indigenous, and those historically excluded.

To strengthen public systems, social programs, and regulatory frameworks—so that safe abortion, contraception, and sexual and reproductive health are not privileges, but guaranteed rights.

To transform health education—advocating for curricula grounded in gender and human rights, where abortion is understood as part of dignified care.

To safeguard our own well-being—so that no defender walks alone or burns out in silence.

To hold the line. To never let go of our demand for access, for implementation of the law, for the justice we are still owed.

And at the same time...

To tend to the everyday, the collective, the tangible. To transform the world also means transforming how we relate, how we organize, how we live this struggle.
To dance. Because, as Emma Goldman once said, what’s the point of the revolution if we can’t dance?
To keep seeking what is good, what is beautiful, and what is powerful. The Latin American feminist movement has done it before. Now, it’s our turn to keep it blooming.

We know this list could go on—just like our joy, our hope, and our belief in building a better world for all of us.

Therefore, let us continue plowing, sowing, harvesting and watering our intentions, our words, our memories and our individual and collective power for everyone and everything.
